What you share
The forms collect your name or organization, email, location, skills or opportunity details, what you are looking for, availability, budget or pay expectations, and agreement to private review and contact. We also store when you submitted the request.
How we use it
The MusicAgg operator reviews requests manually, considers possible matches, and may contact you individually. The operator can keep private review notes and a request status. Submitting a form does not guarantee a match or send an introduction automatically.
Who can see it
Requests are accessible through a password-protected admin dashboard. When email notifications are enabled, submission details are also sent privately to the operator through Resend and stored in the operator’s email inbox. They are not displayed on the public website. Before sharing your contact details with a potential match, the operator will ask for separate permission.
Storage and retention
Requests and review notes are stored privately in Supabase. The website runs on Vercel. Submission notifications are sent through Resend to the operator’s email inbox. There is no automatic deletion schedule: records remain until the operator removes them. You can request deletion using the contact email below; this includes the dashboard record and associated email copies.
Correct or withdraw a request
Email mihirgupta0204@gmail.com from the address used for your submission to request a correction, withdrawal from matching, or deletion. We may ask for confirmation before changing or removing records.
Cookies and tracking
The current app has no advertising or analytics integration. An essential session cookie keeps the operator signed into the private admin dashboard; the public forms do not require an account.
